Interior Styling that’s Inviting and Personal

Guest and Nest serves homeowners, sellers, and short-term rental hosts virtually nationwide, with in-person services throughout Colorado—Denver, Boulder, and Summit County including Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, and Dillon.

We bring together paint color, furniture selection, spatial layout, textiles, rugs, accessories, and art placement to create rooms that feel cohesive, comfortable, and complete.

From selecting furniture that balances beauty with function, to coordinating textiles and styling accessories, to placing art that adds personality—every element works together to create spaces that feel intentional and personal. The goal is always the same: creating homes people genuinely enjoy coming back to.

Paint color gets extra attention since it influences everything that comes next. A mix of intuition and a clear understanding of undertones, lighting, and existing finishes helps make the process feel manageable instead of overwhelming.

Meet Jen

I'm Jen, founder of Guest & Nest. I've always loved the feeling of a well-styled space, and now I get to help others create that same comfort and clarity in their own homes.

Whether you're stuck on paint colors, refreshing a space you already love, getting ready to sell, or preparing a short-term rental to host guests, I'm here to work through it with you. Together, we'll make choices that feel thoughtful, personal, and right for the way you live.

My background includes work as a professional stager with Main Street Staging, along with formal training in interior design and color consultation. But just as important is the time I've spent styling my own spaces—from my primary home to a mountain retreat. I've seen how paint changes with light and seasons, how furniture layouts impact daily flow, and which design decisions still feel good years down the road.

I care deeply about how a home functions, and I pay close attention to light, flow, and the small details that can quietly make a space feel more comfortable, more usable, and more you.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to be a supportive partner in the process and help you create a home that feels beautiful, livable, and genuinely yours.

A Note about my Custom, Collaborative Process

Decor works best as a conversation. Each project starts with listening—how a space functions now, what isn't working, what feels inspiring, and how everyday life actually happens there.

From there, spaces are shaped to feel personal and livable. That might mean paint colors that work with specific lighting, furniture that balances aspiration with practicality, or styling choices that reflect who you are.

At the end of the day, the belief is simple: homes, condos, and cabins should feel like the people who live in them or pass through them—not like something pulled from a catalog or a trend that won't last.
